Summary

We’re looking for someone to act as the primary person on a number of accounts, and to take active participation in all project-related issues internally and with clients. This includes managing the day-to-day relationships between Inflexion Interactive and its clients. Create project plans and follow-up during strategy, creative and development. The Account Manager looks after client needs through direct contact, liaison and the governing of agency resources. You must be knowledgeable in both the client’s business and the agency business. An effective problem-solver on a day-to-day basis is a must. CPG experience required.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Acts as the daily client contact for assigned projects, developing relationships with clients and working closely with them to learn their business and
  • Excellent communication skills that allow you to control the client relationship, dealing with stakeholders at all levels and encouraging business development.
  • Comfortable and effective in complex project environments, working with both long-term and short-term business objectives.
  • Be responsible for the creative output on your accounts, ensuring that work is on brief and budget while constantly seeking to innovate and improve.
  • Understand the business objectives of any given project and ensure that deliveries fulfil these.
  • Be able to produce strategic proposals and recommendations for your clients.
  • Work with processes to ensure good communications and foster a collaborative work environment.
  • Control client relationships to make sure that accounts run smoothly.
  • Identify areas that need improvement, and is able to drive implementation of changes and solutions.
  • Play a key part in the delivery of creative and strategic presentations and meetings, including pitch meetings.
  • Develop client relationships and be a part of the future success of this agency.
  • Experience working on multiple, deadline-driven campaigns is beneficial.
  • Strong agency background with a passion and understanding of digital.

Qualifications

  • 8 years of account management experience
  • 5 years of professional digital agency experience
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
  • Technical marketing skills
  • Proven experience in customer and market research
  • Relevant product and industry knowledge
  • Experience with relevant software applications
