IN A NUTSHELL, THIS IS WHAT IT’S ABOUT…
– Office management
– Light human resources
– Bookkeeping (1099s, payroll, invoicing, AP/AR, etc)
– Complete payroll paperwork
– On board new staff and organize and prepare information for new hire
– Ensure records and systems are maintained and current
– Monitor procedures for record keeping
– Ensure security and confidentiality of data
– Work with executives to implement office policies and procedures
– Ensure office policies and procedures are being adhered to
– Analyze and monitor internal processes
– Implement procedural and policy changes to improve operational efficiency
– Prepare operational reports and schedules to ensure efficiency
– Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory
– Maintain a safe and secure working environment
– Manages and handles vendor relationships as needed
– Negotiate vendor contracts to obtain most competitive pricing
– Maintain all agreements and contracts with vendors and consultants; communicates when updates are needed/required
– Review and update the company’s health and safety policy
– Manage calendar, coordinate meetings and book travel
– Provide administrative support to Managing Partner
YOU’RE PERFECT FOR THE ROLE IF YOU HAVE…
– Bachelor’s degree
– Bookkeeping experience
– Knowledge of business and management principles
– Computer skills and knowledge of office software (i.e. excel, powerpoint, keynote, Google Docs)
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Judgment, problem solving, decision making
– Planning and organizing
– Work and time management
– Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
– Information gathering and monitoring
