Inflexion Interactive Team
Scott Delea is Managing Partner of Inflexion Interactive, an award-winning digital marketing agency that delivers dynamic web and marketing solutions to Fortune 1,000 companies. In addition to web design, Inflexion Interactive offers a complete range of creative services including branding, content development, graphic design services, mobile marketing solutions and social media strategy, as well as implementation and search optimization.
Prior to founding Inflexion, Scott was Senior Vice President of Zeta Interactive (formerly known as Adverb Media and DigitalGrit), a full service digital marketing agency and technology company, where he launched some of the company’s most significant product infrastructure and software upgrades in its history. Scott helped Adverb grow from a four-employee company to a 300-person firm that was named a Top 50 Digital Agency, as well as a Deloitte Technology Fast 50 Company and Best Place to Work in America. Clients included top companies such as Sony Electronics, Intuit, RIM, Novartis, ADP and Kaplan University.
A highly regarded speaker at industry conferences, Scott served as a member of the Direct Marketing Association’s iDirect Council and was previously Co-Vice Chair of the DMA’s Search Engine Marketing Council, while acting as an advisory Board Member for the DMA Annual Conference. In 2006, BtoB Magazine recognized Scott as a “Who’s Who” for his outstanding work in Search Marketing.
Making a positive contribution to his community is an important part of Scott’s life. Since 2002, Scott has been Founder and President of Party With Purpose, a not-for profit organization responsible for raising over $450,000 for children in the New York City area. He also serves as Vice Chairman of the Hudson County Boys and Girls Club and Rebuild Hoboken Relief Fund.
Vincent Mazza is Vice President of Inflexion Interactive. Before joining Scott to launch our agency, Vince founded and managed Blackwave Creative, a boutique website design firm serving the digital marketing needs of Rutgers University, Full Tilt Poker, Mayo Clinic, Mac’s Convenience Stores, Chocomize and other New Jersey businesses. Early in his career, after earning his degree from Rutgers University, he worked at Cara Solutions, Theorem and Coyne Public Relations. Our clients enjoy working with him because he works diligently to understand what brought their businesses to this point. He works hard to get to know their businesses and to deliver creative solutions that consistently yield results, revenue and brand value.
Like his business partner, Vince is committed to helping his community thrive. He volunteers regularly and does pro bono work for non-profit organizations that work to support at-risk youth and the arts.
Vince ran the ING NYC Marathon in 2009. He’s been watching the Jersey Devils and playing FIFA World Cup video games ever since.
David DiGiovanni is a developer and a tech support specialist at Inflexion Interactive. He turns designs into responsive websites, adaptive websites and multiscreen apps. He’s passionate about programming, once preferring PHP rather than proteomics while earning his Biological and Food Process Engineering degree at Purdue University. What began as a hobby led to HTML and a new career. When he isn’t building sites or helping clients learn WordPress, he’s listening to the latest Hardcore History podcast.
Candace Smith is a web marketing specialist at Inflexion Interactive. She helps our team and our clients turn Google Analytics reports into results, revenue and brand value. She manages SEO, SEM and PPC campaigns. She enjoys marketing challenges. She studied web development and online advertising at British Columbia Institute of Technology. Plus she is a Google-certified AdWords professional. When Candace isn’t online, she’s boating with her hubby or trekking through the trails of the Pacific Northwest.
